Do I have to have an account to listen to the radio show?

Yes.  An account is required to listen to the radio show.

How much does an account cost?

An account to listen to the radio show is absolutely free.  Simply sign up for an account, login, and listen to the radio shows.  A newsletter account is $38.20 per month, and includes the radio show access plus the twice monthly newsletter, Strategic Market Notes.

How do I sign up?

To sign up for an account, follow these easy steps:

1.)    Click on Client Login on the main menu.

2.)    Click Signup link next to the Login button.

3.)    Enter your name, email address, phone number, city and state of residence, and your username and password information.  In the top box, select Radio for a free account to listen to the radio shows, or select Newsletter to become a newsletter subscriber.

4.)    Click Continue.  The next page is the Terms of Use for the website.  At the bottom of this page check the “I agree” box and click Continue.

5.)    For a radio account, you are now registered and may skip to Step 7.  For a newsletter account, click the Subscribe button and you will be taken to the PayPal website.

6.)    There are now two payment options: you can pay by using your PayPal account, or you can click the link that says you do not have a PayPal account.  Here you may enter your credit card information.  Submit this information.

7.)    After submitting your information, you will be given the option to stay on the PayPal website or return to the Strategic Money Report website.  Choose to go back to the Strategic Money Report website and your registration is complete.

8.)    To login, click the Client Login link on the right side of the top menu.  Enter your email address and password and click the Login button.

9.)    Enjoy the radios shows and/or newsletters!

How do I change my account information?

1.)    After logging in, click on the My Account link that appears above the top menu.

2.)    Your account information will be pulled up.  You may change your information including your password here.  Once finished click Submit and your information will be updated.

What do I do if I forgot my password?

1.)    Click on Client Login on the main menu.

2.)    Click the Forgot Password link.

3.)    Enter your email address that you used to create your account.

4.)    Check your email for your new, randomly generated password.

5.)    Log in using this password, and use the instructions above to change your password.

How do I listen to the radio show?

1.)    After logging in, click on Strategic Money Report on the main menu to get to the listing of all of the radio shows.

2.)    Click Listen next to the radio show you would like to listen to.

3.)    A window opens up that will play the radio show.  You may play and pause using the media player at the bottom of this window.

How do I view the newsletter?

1.)    After logging in, hover over Strategic Market Notes on the main menu and click Current Strategic Market Notes that appears below.

2.)     Click Read next to the issue of the newsletter you would like to listen to.

3.)    A window opens up that will display the newsletter pdf file.  You may read the newsletter online or you may download the pdf file. 

4.)    To download, hover over the open newsletter.  A toolbar should appear at the bottom right.  Click on the image of a disk to save the pdf to your computer.

Can I download the radio show?

Yes.  You can download the mp3 from the website.  Click the Listen button next to the radio show to listen.  The first link is for downloading the mp3 and states “Click here to download the Strategic Money Report .mp3 audio file to your computer”.  Click this link and you can download the radio show.  Some mobile devices do not allow this type of download, especially Apple devices.  For these devices, you may stream the mp3 audio file by clicking the second link that states “Click here to stream the Strategic Money Report .mp3 audio file to your mobile device.”

How can I upgrade from a radio account to a newsletter account?

1.)    Log in to your existing radio account.

2.)    Click the My Account link at the top of the page. (If it is not visible refresh the page by pressing F5)

3.)    Click the "Upgrade to Newsletter" link next to the submit button.

4.)    Click the Paypal button that appears and enter your account and/or payment information.  Submit information entered. 

5.)    Choose to come back to the Strategic Money Report website and you are done.

NOTE:  It may take up to ten minutes for Paypal to confim payment confirmation to our website, so it may take that long for your newsletter subscription to become active.  If it takes longer, email us at info@strategicmoneyreport.com for support.

How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

To unsubscribe, click the My Account link at the top of the page once you are logged in.  Click the Unsubscribe button at the top of the box and click Yes to confirm.  You will receive an email confirming you subscription cancelation after it is confirmed.  If you want to cancel you account completely, call (817) 754-0479 or email us at info@strategicmoneyreport.com to request cancellation.

I am having trouble viewing the newsletter or listening to the radio show with my mobile device.

There are some known issues pertaining to mobile devices at this time.  We are working on getting these resolved.  Please use the Contact Us page to send a description of your issue and please include what type of device you are using (iPhone 4S, Samsung Galaxy S III, Kindle Fire, etc.).
